A moon torrent of emotion floods through the night

My Moon, your shining face is bright tonight

Essence of my Being, you shine beyond the clouds

that the desire to bond they used to shroud

kindled by the keen kindness of kindred beings

By moonlight I’m seeking a human being

Tonight who has not receded into dark ingratitude

Whose purported love dwindled into platitudes

Whose energy still circles to ignite the life force

Penetrating clouds like a galloping horse

When I take the lead and you I surround tonight

Through clouds we dance the intercourse of light .
